Rachel Rauch, former mentee at Homestead High School in Wisconsin, chairs a roundtable discussion for website advisers at the JEA/NSPA convention.
Michelle Maynes from Spring Hill High School in Kansas and Matt Laufer from Chicago participated in the discussion.
A goal of the JEA Mentoring Program is to help new advisers become confident classroom teachers and also get involved in the professional growth made possible through involvement in professional organizations, like JEA, and activities, such as the JEA/NSPA conventions.
